MY STORY
Alpharetta isn’t just where I live, it’s home. I grew up here and attended King’s Ridge Christian School. Some of my best memories are from playing baseball at Wills Park and the American Legion, spending time with family, and experiencing what makes this community so special.
After graduating from Samford University, I spent several years in Washington, D.C., working in creative media and communications. In 2020, my wife and I returned to Alpharetta during the uncertainty of the pandemic. We saw how this city stayed grounded, safe, and thriving. We knew this was where we wanted to raise our daughter.
We moved home to give her the same sense of community, safety, and opportunity that shaped my own life. Alpharetta has grown over the years, but it’s still a place where families can thrive. That’s what I want to protect and enhance as a member of City Council.
I’m Tate Holcombe and I'm running to help Alpharetta grow the right way—with smart infrastructure, strong neighborhoods, and connected communities. This is my hometown. It’s my family’s future. I’ve lived it, I’ve loved it—and now, I’m ready to serve it.
